We are passionate about raising the standards for Seattle’s mental health care.
When Puget Sound Psychotherapy & Psychiatry was created in 2014, our vision was to create a vibrant, connected culture where therapists could grow together, escape the isolation of solo practice, and pour themselves into learning and providing affirming, trauma-informed services sensitive to the needs of all people, including our LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients. We are proud to offer the Greater Seattle area effective, accessible, and affordable therapy. While we have grown over the years, our values have not changed – we are advocates for the dignity, autonomy, empowerment, and flourishing of all.
